I started out as a designer at a small corporate production company in South London. In 2001 I trained as an Avid editor and freelanced briefly as such. Meanwhile I was honing After Effects skills, picking up bits and pieces of title sequence work.Since 2003 I have focused purely upon motion graphics. I'm extremely well-versed in After Effects (and Photoshop, Illustrator). 昨天的意大利系午餐

直接吃也挺有嚼头

做成三文治又不喧宾夺主

怪不得意大利人都很爱它

昨天晚上吃多了早上起来觉得胃还没有消化完

再次决定抓住机会断个食

(各人体质不同,方式不同,切勿随便模仿)

他早晨起来喉咙疼有点发热

可能在公交车上被一个重咳嗽的人传染了

早晨给他煮了大黄米小米粥

中午给他做了一大碗清淡的蔬菜丰富的拌面

今天做菜的时候我居然一口也没有尝

以往都是想想要给他做饭要试味

或者想想浪费买来的蔬菜多可惜

而中途放弃断食的决定有很多次了

只有一个人生活的时候倒是比较容易说到做到

对自己说到做到的信任和把握

怎么丢掉的就怎么找回来吧
